Free Inventory Software

For some time now we have been distributing the sources of MerciGest in Access and we continue to do so, but we have thought of making a warehouse program available for free in a desktop version, this means that MS Access is no longer needed to use it. The name of the software is always MerciGest, this is because it is now well known.

This is what the main window of the desktop version of MerciGest looks like, very simple and intuitive

The usability of the program is very simple and intuitive, unfortunately at the moment we have not yet made video tutorials to illustrate the use of the management software, but we hope to make some in a few days. Meanwhile, on the web page dedicated to the program, we have inserted Calus video tutorials which is practically the same as the previous one, even if it has many more features and is clearly paid.

Management software with SQL Server: a single archive, accessible everywhere

Our management software – from MerciGest for warehouse control, to Agricolarum, and Animalia – are designed to be simple and intuitive, while remaining flexible. One of the most powerful features is the ability to connect to a Microsoft SQL Server database.

This setup transforms a program installed on a single PC into a multi-user solution, where several people can access the same archive simultaneously, even from different offices or while working remotely.

With SQL Server, all data – stock, movements, registers, projects, agricultural treatments, or medical records – is centralized and updated in real time. No matter where you work: in the office, from home, or on the go, the archive is always the same, shared and synchronized.

SQL Server also provides advantages in terms of security, reliability, and access control. You can define who can log in, with which permissions, and activate regular backup systems to protect company data.

This turns management software into not just a work tool, but a collaborative platform, able to support business growth and digital evolution.
